REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

*Services included in the registration fee; participation in the congress, coffee breaks and lunches to be taken during the congress.
*20% VAT will be added to the participation fees.
*The entire balance must be closed before the congress. Otherwise, participation will not be confirmed.

*For payments to be made in Turkish lira, the CBRT Effective Foreign Exchange Selling Rate on the day of payment will be taken as basis.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION FEE
The congress accommodation period is 3 nights between 5 - 8 September 2024, but the prices stated are for 1 night and include breakfast. 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to accommodation prices.

TERMS OF ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION
Accommodation cancellation requests must be notified to GenX Congress in writing. For cancellation requests made until July 31, 2024, a refund will be made after deducting the bank payment and 1 night payment for each canceled room.
No refund will be made for cancellations made after July 31, 2024. Name changes can be made until August 24, 2024 at the latest. GenX Congress does not accept responsibility for any changes made after this date. All refunds will be made after the congress. In case of cancellation of the congress, all accommodation fees paid by the sponsor will be refunded.
